Computer CenterEach user of the computer network of UCT Prague(VŠCHT Praha) has a personal username and password, which is used to log in to the network services of UCT Prague.
The user obtains his/her login data:
- Students receives information about their login when enrolling in the study via Student IS (SIS). In case of any doubts, the student can contact the faculty study department, Copy center staff (room BS81), Card Centre (room BS06) or technical support (helpdesk).
- Employees can obtain their login from Copy center staff (room BS81) or the Card Centre (room BS06).
- If person is both student and employee at once he/she will have two separate accounts for employee and student role. This is a difference in comparation to czech personel that is based on lack of unique id in IS for foreign persons.
The use of the UCT Prague network is subject to the following rules.
When logging in for the first time, a change of user password is required.
In case of any doubts regarding your login, you can contact the technical support staff of the Computer Centre. Personal attendance and photo ID will be required. A telephone or e-mail request for a login is not possible due to security rules.
